Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the data you send through the contact form on sre.mavka.ai.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your name and work email address.
• The text of your request.
• Whether you asked for an NDA.
• Where the request came from: the site (sre.mavka.ai) and, if present, the campaign tag in the link (utm_source).
• Your IP address, which our servers log to block spam and abuse.

Until you send the form, the text of your request is stored only in your browser (local storage) for up to 7 days, so you don't lose it. It is removed after a successful submission.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to your request and arrange an intro call. The legal basis is [TBD: legal basis, e.g. steps at your request before entering into a contract / legitimate interest].

Who receives it

• The Mavka team that handles your request.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and delivers the form to our inbox (AWS Lambda and Amazon SES), in [TBD: AWS region].

Your rights
